Pasta-making workshop at The Elysium Friday, 13th August, 2pm to 4pm. I am so excited to have been invited by Justina and Julianne to host some new events at the beautiful Elysium Spa in Bassingbourn overlooking the Cambridgeshire countryside. We have been given the Yoga Room to host a pasta-making workshop. The most perfect setting to enjoy a chilled glass of prosecco whilst we sit, chat and learn a new skill. Whether we are inside or out, we can all sit down together and discover some of the tastes of Italy that we have made during our session. I will teach you to make pasta, and to make some ravioli or agnolotti with different fillings and sauces and give you some new recipes to take home and impress your friends and family.
Italian Night at The Elysium Friday, 20th August, 6.30pm to 10.30pm Come and enjoy an evening of Italian dishes in a beautiful new setting. We hope the weather will be kind so that we can eat al fresco and sample some of my favourite dishes outside. I hope to be putting some new recipes on the menu for this evening. Bookings only , so book early to avoid disappointment.
A Big Friendly Do The Cherry Tree, Haddenham Sunday, 29th August and Sunday, 26th September from 2pm.5.30pm If you are a fan of A Big Friendly Do, or you have been waiting for a date that's free in your diary, I will be back at The Cherry Tree in Haddenham on Sunday, 29th August and Sunday, 26th September with a new repertoire of recipes to suit the season. Come along for a four course menu of dishes that I have learned from my travels through Italy (and through my recipe books). Some of my dishes are classic Italian and others are something a little bit new. Either way, you will not go home empty!
